Na vele jaren in het buitenland keert een man terug naar Portugal om gerechtigheid te zoeken. Het verhaal speelt zich af vlak voor de revolutie van 1910 in de periode tussen de moord op de koning en de geboorte van de republiek, een periode waarin anarchisten en criminelen elkaars pad kruisen. Gerechtigheid zoeken daar waar de machtigen hun eigen wetten maken, is een tragische missie, maar is het ook een onmogelijke? Deze prerevolutionaire western met een bijzondere soundtrack wordt vertoond in aanwezigheid van regisseur Rodrigo Areias.

This is the story of a man who returns home after living many years away from Portugal. The action is set just before 1910, between the assassination of the king and the birth of the Republic, an era when the state is a tyrant and anarchists cross the path of burglars. The mission of seeking justice where the powerful make their own laws is tragic, but is it impossible? Inspired by David Henry Thoreau's 'Civil Disobedience', Rodrigo Areias brings to Delft a pre-revolutionary western with a very special soundtrack by Rita Redshoes and the Legendary Tigerman.
