Mar Cambrollé came to Festibérico to present Te estoy amando locamente and dialogue with the audience after its screening. Mar was a pioneer in the LGTBI movement in Andalusia in the 1970s, as portrayed in the film, and has since become a renowned activist for trans rights in Spain.

Nuno Beato is the director of Os demónios do meu avô, an intimate and universal fable about the fantasies we inherit – and the courage to face them. With his visit to Festibérico, it was possible to rediscover animated cinema through this fantastic film.
Featuring Portuguese guitar and bandoneon, the performance of Duo JJ created a captivating and welcoming atmosphere, serving as an interlude between the animated feature Os demónios do meu avô and the screening of Los Tortuga.
Rui Pedro Sousa is the director of Revolução (Sem) Sangue, a film that offers a unique perspective on the events of 25 April 1974, the day that changed Portugal. The Q&A after the screening was excellent to find out more about this decisive moment and the fate of those involved.
